How do I start planning my first holiday?
In the next few weeks, your How-to-Use Guide will arrive. Plus, a member of your Vacation Ownership team will contact you to answer any questions and help you plan the first of many vacations! In the meantime, you can visit marriottvacationclub.eu to learn about your options.
When will my contract closing take place?
Around 30 days after full payment is made or full deposit is paid in case of finance.
When will I receive my maintenance fee bills?
The maintenance fee bill will be sent to you in November for the following year. If you have usage in the same year of purchase and you purchased at the beginning of the year, your first maintenance fee will be payable 2 or 3 months after your contract closes.
What other fees do I have?
The annual Club Dues to MVCD Exchange program. For the first year, this fee is waived and thereafter, you will receive the Club Dues bills in November for the following year.
When will I receive my purchase incentive?
This will be approximately 30 or 180 days after your closing depending on your method of payment. Once that happens, your Vacation Ownership Advisor can help you book reservations and make the most of your incentive.

Your Use Year* – Begins every year on 1st January.
Electing Vacation Club Points — You can do this between 25 months and 3 months prior to the beginning of your use year. The deadline is 30th September for the following year*.
Trade for Marriott Bonvoy Points — Trade eligible week(s) for Marriott Bonvoy points for the following year by 31st December.
Banking Points — You may bank up to 100% of your annual Vacation Club Points for use during the following year. This must be done by 30th June*.
Borrowing Points — Want to take a vacation that requires more Vacation Club Points than your current year’s allotment? No problem. You have the flexibility to “borrow” points from your following year’s balance.
